Harper & Lola

This is something i couldn't not share! Harper is 4 years old and spends time with her best friend, the family’s English bulldog, Lola. The two have been inseparable since Harper was born. Rebecca Leimbach, Harper’s mom, said one day the she found that her daughter had dressed Lola up in a tutu, necklaces and a crown. She laughed and grabbed her camera to take a photo. This started the series of playful, adorable photos of Harper and Lola.

This A/W there is a explicitly fun approach in regards to bags! Smaller crossbody's and clutches are a must this season; the majority exploiting a humorous approach to the convenience accessory! Big and Bold text almost in the style of pop art was seen on the shows of Henry Holland, Sophie Webster and Anya Hindmarch, interesting all in London. Then there was features of text from Christian Dior and Chanel in Paris.

 These images are some of my favourites.. the Pastel colours from Chanel are beautiful; and the controversial piece featured third on this post is my upmost favourite of the bags! Create your own opinion but i think it speaks for itself. A multimillion pound fashion house has taken the concept of packing & meat to the next level. Something for the Vegetarians, Vegans & people against invoking animals within fashion and the making of garments to get cray cray about!

Delevinge X Moss

British Power house Burberry have featured both Kate Moss and Cara Delevinge in their previous campaigns; but never at the same time. 

Breaking the news, via her instagram, that the British supermodels will be starring together for the first time in any campaign, Cara writes 'So excited to be doing a new fragrance for @burberry with the beautiful Miss Moss. Shot by @mariotestino watch this space... #katemoss.'

Purchased at a staggering £7 from Primark, Wang hasn't got shit on this shirt! Similar to a recent feature on Wangs recent campaign and collection i couldn't not get this cheap and cheerful knock off. Wang What? Wang Who?

After the childish but so cute collection from Bobby Abley in 2013 i have fallen in love with the Lazy Oaf x Looney Tunes collaboration and don't know what cave i have been hiding in to have not know about this?!

Its amazing & i must get my hands on a piece! Its got a reasonably sized price tag, but i believe a shirt or something would be a cute thing i will still pull out and wear in years to come!

Today i came across this fascinating video that i thought would be ridiculously uncomfortable to watch after reading the title.. but in fact, no. It was compelling and so so lovely. Not half as weird as suspected. You have the watch it. Its a video that will make you want to wake up and the postman!

Lupita Nyong'o seems to have stolen the night with a crazy acceptance speech; but that dress! It was designed by Nyong'o's stylist Micaela Erlanger in collaboration with Italian fashion house Prada, and the actress herself also had a lot of input.

From Paris Fashion week this is a look at McQueens Autumn Winter 14 Show, Sarah Burton was announced as creative director of McQueen in 2010: after working with the late Lee McQueen for nearly 14 years. 

 

Showcased against a moss-covered catwalk created to echo the wild moorlands of a wildly beautiful enchanted forest, Burton's autumn/winter offering for Alexander McQueen took its inspiration from the popular children's story Beauty and the Beast. 

Playing with contrasts throughout, Burton sought to strike a balance between the sinister an the beautiful with this collection.

Its like nothing I've seen from McQueen before and i love it. The oversized sinister fairytale hoods combined with individually sewn feathers. Toned down on the glitz but equally as exquisite!

I love my job for more reasons than one.

New Uniform is a massive highlight of work life! The black Michael Kors Jumpsuit is the comfiest, lushiest thing to wear to work ever! Its like wearing a onesie to work.. well, not considering the 12 inch stilettos! Off to work one sunny morning wear my tartan blazer, favourite MK sunglasses, oh yeah & check that iPhone case. This is pretty damn Brand right for me.

I'm just here hoping smelly gel pens make a comeback!

Coulda saved myself hella' fortune if only i kept all my old accessories, everything is slowly making a comeback and i feel like a kid again! These are a few of my favourites! 

I still have my first pair of jelly shoes, there teeny tiny, these size 3's closely follow! At £4 i couldn't resist, perfect for ibiza in the sunshine with twinkle toes!

People slate them but i swear by a bumbag. I have NEVER lost a thing & I'm free to dance all night long with processions in tac! This is a cheeky number from 'The Laines' in Brighton. A beautiful smaller, cheaper and nearer to the sea version of Brick Lane. This was from Dirty Harry.

I looked into Bobby Abley for a project of mine, i love his childish prints that portrayed in this abrupt way. Wearing an outfit covered in bluebirds and id still be scared to make eye contact with this guy if he was walking down Gloucester Road after the hours of 8! Fan.

Massive fan of the newly published Wang campaign featuring 20 year old German model Anna Ewers; the image of her sprawled across a dodging back bathroom caught my attention in LOVE magazine. No juxtaposition here, explicit content indeed, if it wasn't for those shorts!  

Ive recently purchased a similar oversized top with white mesh panels and didn't have a Wang price label! Bonus. Might team it with some shorts and fishnets, but this explicit pose will not be on my agenda..

Mary Katrantzous signature digital prints were inspired by shoes this season, these oversized tees are fabulous: i love that i spotted the concept within the shirts immediately and the way in which a renown designer has taken the inspiration from an alternative fashion garment. Seeing a continual interest in Sports Luxe this season thats now being translation into graphics, Love love love!
