Coach Campaign

Coach I'm not a fan of your bags, but your new campaign is bang av! One step at a time. Platform shoes, mini coats and mini skirts! This is coach's take on the 60's mod structure going pastel and dreamy, and I'm a big fan. The army of pink takes an innocent dreamy colour palette and makes the girls look extremely powerful and doninate. The guy in the background is barely noticeable with one arm draped over one of the girls. Dominating the whole shot; the girls look dainty but fierce, and I love this!

I'm having a 'I've seen this before moment..' On the layering and editing of this coach campaign . For my street style edits, I layered the street style image over a picture of the location in which I spotted the quirky street style in a similar style to this Coach image. I particularly love how the pastel colours in the garments correspond against the sunset over the bridge layered behind. Colour is something to consider when looking at corresponding images & editing!

Let's get Comical!

Henry Holland get back to the Kitchen! So the comic relief collection is now avaliable in TKmaxx stores around the UK and on the line up this year we have Henry Holland, Karl Lagerfeld, Matthew Williamson, Anya Hindmarsh, Diane Von Furstenberg. With tshirts, notebooks & a few teatowles avaliable to purchase 8 weeks before Comic Relief TKmaxx sale contribute to a very large proportion of money raised which I think is fabulous. It also gives consumers a chance to buy something designed in association with their favourite brands that they might not necessarily be able to afford to buy into otherwise. Whilst doing their bit for charity!

Karl's tshirt has to be my favourite, probably the least tacky pif the bunch, although that is what Comic Relief is all about! Simple but effective. Do something funny for charity! The sales assistant that served me in store had rollers in her hair.. at the start of February and 6 weeks until Comic Relief i bet she felt silly, but hey ho its all good charitable fun. FairPlay to the designers, (or their teams) for doing their bit.

What's your favourite?! With Love, DOAFSDO, x
