Happy 65th Birthday to Anna Wintour the Director and Editor in Chief of American Vogue! If i look half as impeccable in my sixties i will be overwhelmed. 'The September Issue' was last weeks fashion film; a documentary revealing an insight into the crazy process thats hidden behind the scenes of creating Vogue month in month out. Disagreements and drama between Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington Vogue's Creative Director, admirably stitches together the pages of the September issue traditionally the biggest and most important issue of the year; it was the insight into their relationship that really captivated me. Grace very passionate for the creative editorials was also very open when considering the budgeting and financing of the magazine, whereas in comparison there was no mention of money from Wintours behalf.. but of course being the stubborn power woman that she is. What Anna says goes. Its the real life, adult version of 'Devil Wears Prada' that made me start dreaming in my early youth. Welcome to Annas real world!
